How to Prepare for Your Arthogram
- Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment for patient registration.
- Before arriving for your exam let the Scheduling Department at AMI know whether there is any chance you are pregnant or if you are allergic to iodine.
- Please do not eat or drink four (4) hours prior to your exam.
- Do not take any aspirin or blood-thinning medications five (5) days prior to your exam.
- Please make sure to bring a driver with you to take you home.
